Learn about the library.Lamar County Library System is a public library system serving Lamar County, Mississippi. We have four branch libraries located in Sumrall, Purvis, Lumberton, and the unincorporated Oak Grove community. Our headquarters and processing office is located in Purvis on the second floor of the Tax Assessors office building.
LCLS is overseen by a five person Board of Trustees. Our Trustees are volunteer members of the community that believe in the importance and value of vibrant public library service.Lamar County Library System AdministrationTrustees are appointed by the District Supervisor for five year terms.

Items may also be returned to the Lumberton Public Library, Oak Grove Public Library, and the L.R.
